BGCMB’s Power in Partnership with RSM!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore (BGCMB) are thrilled to highlight our close partnership with RSM, an international taxing and audit consulting company who has been a national partner of Boys & Girls Clubs of America for the last 2 years. On a local level, BGCMB has built strong bonds with RSM’s Baltimore office, with RSM employees volunteering their time, money, and professional expertise to various programs at our clubs.

Representatives from RSM have also piloted a Mentoring Program consisting of a 12-week partnership with our Brooklyn O’Malley and O’Donnell Heights Clubs to inspire young people to build necessary workforce readiness skills. RSM has also introduced extensive job preparedness programs, including career days, resume building workshops, and mock interview practice to prepare our teens for their future careers.

Most recently, BGCMB was invited to present at RSM’s Lunch & Learn Spotlight Series, where Rosina Kohen, our Director of Donor Relationships, and Kyra Nichols, the Manager of the Brooklyn O’Malley Club chatted with over 40 RSM employees about the mission of BGC and how they can get involved on corporate and individual levels.

Boys & Girls Clubs are incredibly grateful for our partnership with RSM and thank them for helping us create Great Futures for children across Metropolitan Baltimore.
